Important Q&A about the AT&T Beta Experience
AT&T is transforming technology and we’re inviting a small group of valued customers to be among the first to explore a new AT&T experience. Customers who opt in will get early access to new platform improvements and help shape future enhancements by sharing feedback along the way.
This invitation is available to select existing AT&T customers who qualify and choose to opt in. Eligibility details will be confirmed during the opt-in process.
Participation is easy! You’ll use your AT&T account and service as you normally would while exploring new features at your own pace. There are no required tasks or time commitments. From time to time, we may ask for optional feedback about your experience.
If you’re eligible, you can opt in by visiting www.att.com/betaexperience and following the onscreen steps. Eligible customers will receive an email with their new account number once migrated to the new platform in the coming weeks.
The trial is expected to run from May 2026 through March 2027 (dates subject to change). After that, your account will stay on the new experience.
Most day-to-day activities—such as viewing your bill or making a payment—will work as usual. To maintain system stability during the trial, some account actions may be limited. A full list of limitations will be available in the detailed FAQ.
Certain account changes may be restricted during the trial period. These limitations are designed to ensure a smooth and stable experience while new capabilities are being tested. Accounts associated with FirstNet (including FirstNet & Family), Military, converged accounts, IRU, wearables or tablets, Mix & Match plans, or other ineligible features or add-ons are not eligible. Certain products and services are excluded at launch, including device financing, premium plans, Device Protection, Spanish Bill, wearables, Buy Back programs, roaming (including satellite and cruise), and other unsupported features. Customers who do not meet or maintain eligibility requirements may be removed from the program. A full list of limitations will be available in the detailed FAQ. Full details will be shared before or during opt-in.
Eligible customers who opt in and keep their service active on the new platform for at least 90 days can receive a $150 Reward Card.*
