AT&T Beta Experience

Terms and Conditions

1. Overview of the Beta Experience

The AT&T Beta Experience (“Beta Experience”) is a limited, invitation only experience offered by AT&T Mobility LLC (“AT&T”) to certain existing AT&T postpaid wireless customers. The purpose of the Beta Experience is to evaluate and validate the features and functionality made available through the Beta Experience, including billing, account management, and related wireless service.

Participation in the Beta Experience is voluntary and subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Beta Terms”).

2. Relationship to Your AT&T Wireless Service Agreement

Participation in the Beta Experience does not replace or modify your existing AT&T Wireless Service Agreement.

Your AT&T wireless service continues to be governed by your AT&T Consumer Service Agreement (“CSA”) at AT&T Consumer Service Agreement, including applicable wireless terms, policies, and disclosures such as the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions.

Your service while participating in this Beta Experience is subject to these terms and conditions as well as the CSA.  If there is a conflict between the CSA and these Beta Terms, these Beta Terms apply only to the Beta Experience, and the CSA continues to govern your underlying AT&T wireless service.

3. Eligibility and Selection

To participate in the Beta Experience, you must:

•    Be an existing AT&T postpaid wireless consumer customer
•    Meet all eligibility criteria communicated by AT&T at att.com/betaexperience
•    Successfully opt in to participate in the Beta Experience

Submitting an expression of interest or interest form does not guarantee participation. AT&T may limit, suspend, or end enrollment at any time.

4. Beta Experience Participation Requirements

As a condition of participating in the Beta Experience, you agree to:

•    Maintain an active AT&T wireless account in good standing
•    Remain enrolled in the Beta Experience for a minimum of ninety (90) days, unless your participation ends earlier as permitted under these Beta Terms
•    Maintain required account settings or features (such as AutoPay and Paperless Billing), as communicated during enrollment or as may be modified during the Beta Experience.

AT&T may periodically verify eligibility and compliance during the Beta Experience.

5. Beta Features and Service Limitations

The Beta Experience includes pre‑release, experimental, or limited‑functionality features. As a result:

•    Some features may be unavailable, incomplete, or subject to change
•    Certain services, add‑ons, devices, wireless plan attributes or account changes may not be supported to participate in the Beta Experience ("Restrictions"). A list of Restrictions can be found at www.att.com/beta-experience

•    If you purchase or add an item to your line that is in the Beta Experience that is covered under the Exclusion, you may be removed from the Beta Experience.

•    Performance and functionality may differ from AT&T’s standard wireless experience

AT&T may modify, suspend, or discontinue Beta Experience features at any time.

6. Feedback and Communications

As part of the Beta Experience, AT&T may:

•    Collect feedback, usage insights, or survey responses from you related to your experience
•    Send informational communications to you related to Beta Experience participation, eligibility, compliance, or promotional status

Participation in surveys or feedback activities is voluntary unless otherwise stated.

7. Promotional Reward (If Applicable)

Eligible Beta Experience participants may qualify for a one‑time $150 AT&T Visa® Reward Card after meeting all Beta Experience requirements as communicated in Section 4 above, including remaining eligible and enrolled for at least 90 days.

If your wireless service is canceled by you or AT&T for any reason, or if you become ineligible before meeting all requirements, you will not qualify for the promotional reward.

8. Service Changes or Early Conclusion of the Beta Experience

AT&T may make changes to your Beta Experience participation to support service quality, address technical limitations, or maintain your overall wireless experience. This may include:
•    Ending your participation in the Beta Experience
•    Restoring your account to AT&T’s standard wireless experience
•    Suspending or discontinuing Beta Experience features

AT&T may take these actions at any time, with or without notice. If your participation ends before all Beta Experience requirements are met, you may no longer be eligible for Beta‑related promotional benefits.

9. No Obligation to Continue or Purchase

Participation in the Beta Experience:

•    Does not require you to purchase additional services or features
•    May limit some of the wireless services or features that you may use while Participating in the Beta Experience.

•    Once participation in the Beta Experience ends, you will not be required to continue with any Beta Experience limitation to your service.

10. Confidentiality and Public Disclosure

The Beta Experience may involve features, processes, or experiences that are not yet publicly available. You agree to treat Beta Experience information, materials, and communications as AT&T proprietary and confidential and to use them only as necessary to participate in the Beta Experience.

Except as permitted in writing by AT&T, you will not disclose Beta Experience information to any third party or post about it publicly (including on social media, forums, blogs, or review sites). AT&T may request that you return or delete Beta Experience materials at the end of the Beta Experience.
