Trial Terms & Conditions
Our Agreement: By activating or using the trial, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the AT&T Consumer Service Agreement (CSA), and policies and documents expressly referenced and incorporated into the CSA, including any Consumer Service Summary provided to you, AT&T’s Privacy Notice, and Acceptable Use Policy. Any event-specific rules or disclosures presented at signup are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the CSA carefully because it requires you and AT&T to resolve any disputes by binding individual arbitration and waive rights to jury trials and class actions. The trial: The trial provides eligible customers present at and during a specified event with unlimited, high-priority wireless data access for their device, enabling optimal data performance at the event—even during busy times on the network. Data used with the trial at the event does not count against any applicable monthly data allotment under your AT&T wireless plan. The trial does not provide additional data allotments, network coverage, or upgrades to voice calls or messages. It upgrades data prioritization only. Performance, experience, and speed are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors such as network congestion, coverage, and your device. During peak network congestion, The trial performance benefits may not be noticeable. You will not receive the trial when roaming or on Wi-Fi. Trial benefits do not extend to mobile hotspot. Eligibility: The trial is available exclusively to AT&T Unlimited Your Way customers with a 5G-capable smartphone who sign up more than 3 days in advance of the scheduled event, or by the 13th for the National Championship. Eligible rate plans include: AT&T Unlimited Premium® PL, AT&T Unlimited Extra® EL, AT&T Unlimited Starter® SL, AT&T Unlimited Elite® EL, AT&T 55+. The service is not available to non-AT&T customers, customers without a 5G device, or those who do not meet the advance signup requirement. The service is also not available on tablets, wearables, connected cars, or other non-smartphone devices. Certain network features, such as radio spectrum–dependent benefits, may vary by device, plan, or local spectrum availability.
Device Changes, eSIM Deletion, and Transferability: Switching devices or deleting your trial eSIM before the event will prevent the trial from working on your device. To use the trial on a new device, you must sign up again (if available). The trial is non-transferable and tied to the device/eSIM on which it was set up.
Emergency Prioritization and Public Safety: In emergencies or public safety situations, AT&T may reallocate resources or alter traffic management to support FirstNet and law enforcement. The trial data priority may be reduced, paused, or terminated without notice if that happens.
Changes to the trial or These Terms: Service, features, availability, terms, and restrictions for the trial may be modified or terminated at any time without notice. The trial Terms in effect at your time of signup govern that participation, unless otherwise stated. The CSA governs how future changes to its terms may apply to you.
Notifications of trial: By signing up for and participating in this trial, you consent to receive notifications from AT&T related to your eligibility, trial activation, and participation status. These communications may include confirmation of your signup, notification of eligibility or ineligibility, reminders about the upcoming event, activation status when you arrive at the stadium, and a post-event survey request. These notifications may be sent via text message or email. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
