Meet our 2025 AT&T Small Business Contest Winner
Nourish + Bloom Marketing was founded by Jamie Michael Hemmings and Jilea Hemmings as the first autonomous grocery store with robotic delivery in the U.S. in response to heightened food insecurity that arose during the COVID-19 pandemic.
By leveraging AI technology and innovation, Nourish + Bloom Market is on a mission to eliminate food deserts, strengthen communities, and ensure that families have access to the healthy diets they need to thrive.

Frequently asked questions
The AT&T Small Business Contest, now in its 4th year, has awarded grant funding to 11 small businesses across the United States. In 2026, one small business will win a $50,000 grant to invest in their business, a year of AT&T service with a new device, tools and resources, access to a community of small business owners, and a feature in an episode of She’s Connected by AT&T.
Additionally, four runners-up will each receive a $5,000 microgrant.
Any certified small business located in the United States or Puerto Rico is eligible to apply. AT&T defines a small business as an organization with one (1) to five (5) locations and up to 99 or fewer full- or part-time employees.
Yes! Previous applicants are encouraged to apply again.
Yes! The contest is open to all eligible small business owners, regardless of gender.
Yes! Non-profit organizations that run a for-profit business are eligible to apply if they also meet AT&T’s eligibility criteria for a small business.
Only one (1) contest entry per eligible business may be submitted. We kindly ask that you do not submit more than one (1) application.
The last day to apply was July 31, 2026.

The five finalists will be notified via email and/or phone by September 30, 2026, at the latest. They are required to confirm their acceptance within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified.

Contest open only to legal residents of 50 U.S. & D.C. (“Eligibility Area”) who as of date of entry are the age of majority or older and the sole or majority owner of a small business located within the Eligibility Area and with a specific limit of ninety-nine (99) or less full or part-time employees and one to five (1–5) locations. Contest entry starts on/about 12:01 am EDT on 5/1/26 and ends on/about 11:59 pm EDT on 7/31/26. Subject to Official Rules available at att.com/shesconnected.
